Satellite Crêpes, LLC...is the business of Janeen and Dirk Werderich.  We are selling fresh made crêpes from our self-built cart.  The crêpes are made from organic ingredients, lining up the most local and responsible suppliers. Following that road, we fuel the battery for our refrigerator by solar power and heat with gas.  We are Milwaukee’s first “green” mobile food cart.

Satellite Crêpes wants to upgrade your street food options by offering a gourmet menu. It is also our goal to provide a bit of street theater by cooking fresh crêpes before your very eyes!
French crêpes come from the Brittany region originally. This traditional recipe has buckwheat in the batter, and so does ours. And for our friends with special food needs we offer a dairy/egg free batter made from garbanzo beans, which is very high in proteins. Our customers will walk away with all the nutrients and energy to help them through the day.

Instead of a "crêpe of the week"  we have decided to add other toppings first.  Ask for Honey, Maple Syrup (all real of course) or Cinnamon.  Or add mint or lavender to the batter as we pour it on to the griddle!  Or tomatoes?  Please people, challenge your local
