It felt like it would have been worth the effort of supplying some kind of rain shelter. Obviously that move was doubted.

- FUN FACTS: *The cart was built in June of 2008. *Our first day out, June 23rd, we burnt more crepes than we sold! *On the first day of our 2nd season we sold out in four hours. *The first crepe of the day goes still to the Crepe Gods. Still. WE COMPOST EVERYTHING OF WASTE! Some day we dream of a completely "Cradle to Cradle" business...good book by the way

Finally, vegan crepes in Milwaukee! I plan on hunting this mobile food stand down for a quick, delicious and affordable grand marnier crepe again in the near future.
For a more exotic crepe, get the Apollo (Lemon/Sugar) and ask for Lavender in the batter. A wonderful fusion of flavor.
